HAMC VS MCQUEEN

The Hells Angels are suing Alexander McQueen, accusing the British fashion house of breaching trademark protection rules. The notorious motorcycle club, once known for terrorizing small towns near desert highways, are going after McQueen for allegedly misusing their trademark winged-death head symbol.

Items cited in the complaint filed on Monday by the Hells Angels Motorcycle Corporation include a knuckle duster, a chiffon scarf, a cocktail dress, and an embossed clutch. The Hells Angels also intend to wreak havoc on Zappos and Saks Fifth Avenue for selling the offending products.
